I was recommended this years ago, and have constantly had what I call an ‘ Approval Addiction’ meaning I like to be liked.
Well, I still won’t mind being liked I suppose, but I am committed to not being held hostage by it any longer.
So while Joyce Meier’s ‘ Apprioval Addiction’ wasn’t really my cup of tea, I reckon this one might just be.
